The aim of the NDIS is to provide support and services to Australians with disabilities to help them live more independently, support their disability needs and pursue their goals. Our services provide expert knowledge in helping you achieve your goals, maximise your mobility and improve your health.
To access our services, contact us by phone or email to book an initial assessment. During the assessment, we will discuss your NDIS goals and design a therapy plan to work towards them. We will also request relevant information related to your NDIS plan, such as your NDIS goals, plan manager details, support coordinator information, and relevant medical history.

My Aged Care
My Aged Care provides information about, and access to, aged care services funded by the Australian Government. The goal of this service is to support older adults with daily living tasks and community engagement. Our services offer expert knowledge and experience in improving older adults’ health, strength, balance, walking ability, and overall physical capacity.
If you have a Home Care Package or are receiving support through the Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Program, you may be eligible to access our services. To get started, speak with the provider managing your Home Care Package or STRC Program about our services and what we offer. They will assess your available funding and, if appropriate, arrange an initial appointment to begin the service.
We will work collaboratively with you and your provider to develop a suitable therapy plan and coordinate ongoing support.
Medicare
Medicare provides access to a range of allied health services, including exercise physiology, for individuals with chronic conditions. This plan is designed to help participants have easier access to better manage their health. Eligible patients can receive up to five sessions per calendar year with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
To access these services, you must first visit your General Practitioner (GP), who will assess your medical history and create a CDM plan if you are eligible. If you are suitable, your GP will organise with Medicare a CDM plan so you can access funding to help support your Exercise Physiology services. You can then choose the allied health clinic you'd like, and the GP will arrange a referral to the clinic. Most GP clinics are familiar with this process and are fairly easy to organise.
